Smokey Hollow - Waterdown - Ontario Canada

We hiked the Smokey Hollow trail 23 December 2022.

Parking is hard to find. Parking is free. But be careful where park on the street as you might get ticketed.

The trail extremely icy, therefore, make sure you wear shoe ice-clip-ons. The hike it self is easy, however on the way back you need to walk up the hill back to the parking lot.

We were very impressed. The trail runs along the Grindstone Creek.

Great Falls, aka, is a 10-metre-high ribbon waterfall on Grindstone Creek in Waterdown, Ontario. This is a picturesque waterfall featured on many Hamilton, Ontario, waterfall postcards.

The waterfall can be seen from the Bruce Trail.
